Chris oversees general administration of the Vail Valley Partnership’s daily operations and works with local & regional stakeholders to advocate on behalf of the Vail Valley as a tourism destination and community. He is also responsible for the annual strategic plan for the organization and represents the Vail Valley on a variety of local and regional volunteer boards. Click here to watch a short video.

Maren Cerimele

As the membership director, Maren focuses her efforts on VVP’s Chamber of Commerce role in the Vail Valley. On a daily basis, she works with members of the Chamber to ensure that they are aware, and take advantage, of their membership benefits including; member savings, educational programming, marketing & media benefits, as well as networking and educational events. In addition, Maren works to help retain and recruit members, both for-profits and not-for-profits, to raise the visibility of their organization and reach more potential customers. Maren moved to the Vail Valley in 2007 and has been very active in the community since making Minturn, CO her home. Originally from Pennsylvania, she has more than 12 years experience in event production, development, and community engagement. In her spare time, Maren enjoys spending time outdoors enjoying Colorful Colorado with her husband, Chris, and rescue dog, Jerry.

Erik Williams

Erik Williams is the Director of Community Development for the Vail Valley Partnership.  He works daily with to bring community members and businesses together through the NEXT programs, Power Groups and other community initiatives.

Erik is also involved in visioning and implementation of larger community needs including workforce housing solutions. He works with local schools and businesses in career based initiatives including Career X and job shadowing programs. Erik has a passion for this place and the people lucky enough to spend time here. He loves that his job puts him in a position to serve others.

With a diverse television background and 17+ years in the valley, Erik is often used as a host/emcee for local events and can frequently be found on a local stage hamming it up for the audience.

Erik is married with three incredible children and two sled dogs. When he’s not at work he can often be found “searching for adventure” with his family in this beautiful place.

Anna Robinson

Anna Robinson is the Program & Office Manager at Vail Valley Partnership. In this role, Anna is responsible for organizing VVP’s networking events, Member Savings Programs, and connecting members through the Leads Groups. Anna is also the main point of contact for visitor inquiries. Her role involves connecting VVP members through business to business and business to customer program opportunities, while also building relationships with existing VVP members.

Anna is a native of Atlanta but moved west in 2007 after graduating from Georgia Tech with a degree in Business Management. She has spent 10 years in the event and festival industry, planning a wide range of events – from weddings to rodeos (and everything in between!). In her free time, Anna enjoys getting outside for hiking, snowshoeing, running, and camping. She is also an avid reader who likes to cook and travel as much as possible. Anna lives in Eagle-Vail with her husband Scott and son George.

Kim Brussow

Kim is the Director of Sales at Vail Valley Partnership, working with a team of four group sales managers. She is responsible for group sales activities, tradeshow attendance & preparation and client event planning within the east coast and midwest markets. Her role involves maintaining constant contact with Vail Valley lodging partners and meeting/event planners within her geographic markets, while also building relationships with new prospective clients.

Kim brings over ten years of experience in the meetings marketplace and hotel industry, with reputable organizations such as Hyatt, Sheraton, Oxford, Wingate Inn and The Sebastian-Vail. She brings an additional five years of group and suite sales experience from the Bradley Center Sports & Entertainment Corporation. Kim is an active member of HSMAI, MPI and Destination Colorado, serving on the Board of Directors since 2009.

In addition to her group sales efforts, she plays an integral part in supporting all local community events and marketing efforts for Vail Valley Partnership.

Susan Proffitt, CMP

In her role with the Vail Valley Partnership, Susan specializes in the Medical & Healthcare group market segment coast to coast.  She brings more than 25 years of hospitality and Sales experience from some of Colorado’s finest; including: Keystone Resort & Conference Center, Vail Resorts and The Sebastian-Vail.  Susan’s expertise and professional network is a valuable resource when considering a conference, retreat or incentive in the Vail Valley.

Susan has also received her Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate (HMCC). An intensive training give HMCC designees the knowledge and experience needed to successfully navigate the increasingly complex pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device regulatory environment as it relates to meeting and events. Training includes a broad range of healthcare topics including cross-border healthcare compliance, industry trends, global regulations, laws and mandates.

The CMP credential has been held since 2010 and is recognized globally as the badge of excellence in the meeting, convention, exhibition, and event industry. The qualifications for certification are based on professional experience, education, and rigorous testing.

A Colorado native and Denver resident, Susan relishes the best of both worlds.  Interests include (but not limited to) traveling, hiking, concerts, camping and spending time with family and friends which include Jasper and Beau-of the furry F&F variety.

Sandra Perrig Holst

Sandra is responsible for bringing in group and meeting programs to the Vail Valley. In addition, Sandra works specifically on getting participatory sporting events to our valley. In previous years, the Partnership has helped to secure events like Tough Mudder in Beaver Creek, Diva Half Marathon and Ride the Rockies. Sandra comes to the Partnership with group experience from her previous position as the former Group Sales and Wholesale Manager at the Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort.

Sandra is originally from Zermatt, Switzerland, but has made the Vail Valley her home since 2005. Sandra enjoys all the benefits of living in our great mountain community, as her true passions are everything outdoors; skiing, hiking, diving, camping, as well as traveling around the world.

Tina Schwab

Tina is a Group Sales Manager at Vail Valley Partnership, working with a team of four group sales managers. Tina has more than 20 years of experience as a sales and marketing professional in the corporate arena and the nonprofit sector with Vail Valley Partnership. From the corporate track of telecommunications at Universal Access, Level 3 Communications, Global Capacity, she continues to build strong, strategic relationships in the Denver and Vail Valley area.

Tina was also awarded in 2017 Colorado Best of Meetings & Events’ Up-And-Coming Supplier of the Year!

A Colorado native and long-time Denver resident, Tina moved with Emmee (chocolate cocker spaniel) to Vail, Colorado in 2012. Combining her passion for people and professional sales experience, Tina has built a network of professionals that has allowed her to be an expert in communication, sales, marketing and promotion.

Ben Dodd

Ben is currently Vail Valley Partnership’s Content Marketing Manager responsible for VVP’s websites, newsletters, social media, and marketing. He is a graphic designer, photographer, and videographer. Ben’s motivation is to inspire and educate others by telling the stories of those who are making a positive impact in the community, creating partnerships and supporting the economic development in the Vail Valley.

“I’m looking forward to inspiring and educating our community through photography, video, design and communication. The Vail Valley is a model for other communities with innovative ideas, guest speakers, collaboration, marketing, environmental stewardship, as well as a commitment to education, youth and senior care. The businesses and individuals in this valley are inspiring to work with and learn from.”

Ben graduated from North Carolina State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design. Wanting to get involved with community based organizations, he moved to Jacksonville, Florida to work for Habitat for Humanity and volunteered with Boys and Girls Club for two years. During his two AmeriCorps terms in Jackonsville, he learned about National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) and SOS Outreach. Ben moved to the Vail Valley in 2012 and has worked for: Matsuhisa; SOS Outreach as a mentor, summer guide and Youth Program Coordinator; and Cordillera Metro District as their Marketing and Communications Associate.
