Program Description: The Ethical Leadership Forum, held in the heart of Vail Village, unites like-minded leaders to discuss strategies for profitable businesses that positively impact society and the environment. This year’s theme will feature what is sometimes seen as elusive: how to foster generations of ethical leaders. Sessions will target our cross-sector community of nonprofits, businesses, educators, and students.

This Forum is for anyone who seeks to inspire and support ethical leaders today and in future generations. We invite you to join us for this unique opportunity to connect and collaborate with fellow emerging and experienced ethical leaders, who share a commitment to prosperity, organizational purpose, and serving the public good.

Immerse yourself in a day of innovative thinking featuring leaders of Colorado B:Corps, and a panel discussion moderated by leadership expert and author Jennifer Simpson. The agenda also includes a dual keynote address featuring Richard Lackey, President and Founder of The World Food Bank, and Dr. Karambu Ringera, Founder of International Peace Initiatives in Meru, Kenya. We will then engage in a unique lunch model of ethical leadership.

Agenda:

  • 9:30am – 10:45am: Business Session – “Stronger Together: Building Better Partnerships for a Better World”
    • Session Description: A discussion on how impact-driven businesses, organizations, and schools can partner in the community (and beyond) as a force for good.
    • Featuring: B:Local – a community of Colorado B: Corps
  • 11:00am – 11:50am: Keynote – “One Humanity, One Planet”
    • Session Description: Regenerative Ecosystems To Balance People, Planet, and Prosperity. Presented in partnership with the Vail Symposium.
    • Featuring: Richard Lackey (Founder and Chairman of The World Food Bank) and Dr. Karambu Ringera (Founder of International Peace Initiatives, Kenya)
  • 12:00pm – 1:30pm: Shoulder-to-Shoulder Lunch – “A Savory Practice in Ethical Leadership”
