Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellation is received via email 10 or more business days before the course start date.
• 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received via email 3 – 9 business days before course start date.
• Registration fees will not be refunded if cancellation is received 0 – 2 business days before the course start date.
• Registration may be transferred to another person from the same organization at any time before the course begins.
• Exceptions may apply at the discretion of Vail Valley Works.

Scholarships: 

• Scholarships will be awarded on a funds-available basis.
• Scholarships cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
• Scholarships are only available to VVP members in good standing.
• One scholarship per person, per year.

Email & Media Release:

• Email: By registering for a Vail Valley Works course, training, or program, your email address will be added to the Vail Valley Works & Vail Valley Partnership email lists, and shared with the facilitator(s) as requested. You may opt out of these communications at any time.
• Photo/Video: As a participant in a Vail Valley Works course, training, or program, I understand that photographs or videos of me may be taken during the course of the event. I agree that any photo, video, or likeness of me may be used for commercial purposes by event organizers, sponsors, and/or the news media without royalties or prior consent, unless specified in writing prior to the event start.
