Intended For: This program is designed for those currently in a leadership role or those aspiring to move into leadership who want to gain insight and skills inherent to developing a high-performing team. This may include front-line workers, supervisors, coaches, administrators, or those finding themselves responsible for achieving results through the work of others.

Course Description: Leveraging the Talent Insights Report, participants in Taking the Lead will discover the strengths and opportunities of their personal leadership style and its influence on team dynamics. Research-based elements of building high-performing teams are explored through interactive activities and discussions.  Participants layer self-awareness within these elements, revealing opportunities for adaptation and acquiring strategies to navigate challenges inherent to a leadership role.
