Description: Understanding your team dynamic is the key to unlocking its true potential.  Taking the Lead aims to help those in leadership positions assume their roles confidently and effectively. It involves both individual exploration to reveal your personal leadership style, as well as a deep awareness of the unique personalities that make up your team. This workshop leverages the Talent Insights assessment to reveal behavior styles, communication preferences, and internal motivations.  Participants will shape a leadership vision for themselves and create an action plan to achieve this vision. Interactive activities and discussions allow participants to practice new skills as well as build a network of colleagues in similar stages of their leadership journey.

Intended For:This program is designed for those currently in a leadership role or those aspiring to move into leadership who want to gain insight and skills inherent to developing a high-performing team. This may include front line workers, supervisors, coaches, administrators or those finding themselves responsible for achieving results through the work of others.
