This event will be held at the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa in a safe outdoor setting (using appropriate social distancing) with a backup conference room in case of inclement weather.
Where we’ve been, what’s ahead of us. This opening session will cover the new realities we’re dealing with in customer service, cleaning procedures and moving through the stages of recovery.
