The 20th Annual Success Awards recognizes businesses and individuals who have excelled over the past year and acknowledges their hard work and dedication as the best in the Vail Valley. These businesses and individuals play a significant role in driving the Vail Valley’s business community and economic growth.
We invite you to celebrate the 20th Annual Success Awards winners and finalists on Friday, May 12th at Riverwalk Theater. Here we will announce the winners in 11 award categories. There will be food from Riverwalk Theater, in addition to beer from Vail Brewing Company and wine. Please purchase a ticket below if you plan to attend this event.

4:00pm – Award Presentation in the Theater
- We will move into the theater for the actual award presentation ceremony which starts at 4:00pm.
5:45pm – Award Winner Photos
- If you win an award, please come take a photo at the VVP Banner in the lobby before you leave.
2023 Success Awards Categories Include: Business of the Year, Emerging Business of the Year, Small Business of the Year, Nonprofit of the Year, Small Nonprofit of the Year, Best Place to Work, Community Impact Award – Individual, Community Impact Award – Organization, Young Professional of the Year, Actively Green Business of the Year, and Excellence in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Additionally, a Member of the Year and Chairman’s Award are selected by VVP staff and board.
