Your membership support helps us continue the efforts and momentum outlined in the 2021 Annual Report and is leveraged by funding from other public & private entities to ensure that we can remain focused on our strategic priorities and the scope of work outlined in our strategic plan. We remain focused on providing business connections, business support services, workforce & educational programming, and community programming efforts.

Key Programmatic Focus Areas
2021 Key programmatic focus areas included:
- Vail Valley Works – comprehensive workforce development program to establish, train, and support a network of local leaders. This includes CareerWise Youth Apprenticeships and other talent pipeline development, local leadership programs, and numerous professional development specialty courses.

- Advocacy – to advance issues and rely on local government to carry out their roles for good, public policy. We represent YOUR interests with government.
|

|
- Healthcare Programming – including development of the Mountain Healthcare Coalition healthcare purchasing collaborative.
- Vail Valley Means Business – economic development services including ongoing maintenance of trailing spouse program, economic data center, annual workforce study, website data resource center, and business services.

- Tourism Services – providing group & leisure sales services to help drive visitation to Eagle County and to provide marketing opportunities to our members.
- SmartBusiness Eagle County – business retention and expansion program to include implementation of online surveys in addition to personal interviews.

Vail Valley Partnership is dedicated to ensuring local business success and fostering regional economic vitality by offering local business tools & resources, promoting the Eagle River Valley to destination guests, and initiating economic development efforts. The Partnership’s efforts in the community include three distinct yet connected roles:

Economic Growth & Advocacy –
We work to ensure the Vail Valley’s economic health stays strong for years to come. We work to help existing Vail Valley businesses thrive and recruit new businesses that have the potential to support our local economy. Our primary focus areas include business retention & workforce and talent pipeline development.
Regional Chamber of Commerce –
We work to provide the valley’s businesses with networking, educational, and collaborative programming opportunities with the goal of strengthening our local community. Our primary focus areas include educational programming, advocacy, networking & connections, and other small business support efforts.

Tourism Development –
We work to promote the entire Vail Valley as a year-round destination to potential in-state, out-of-state and international visitors through VisitVailValley.com. Our primary focus areas are to attract groups and meetings from all over the country to the Vail Valley and to inform leisure guests on attractions throughout the Eagle River Valley.
