What Lodging Quality Assurance (LQA) does:
Currently, any lodging property sold through Vail/Beaver Creek Reservations and Vail Valley Partnership (VailOnSale.com) must undergo a detailed interior inspection from which they are assigned a Lodging Quality Assurance (LQA) rating of Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze. This effort to ensure an un-biased and accurate depiction of each lodging property demonstrates the Vail Valley’s commitment to offering its guests an exceptional experience.
Vail Valley Partnership created the Lodging Quality Assurance Certified Vendor Program to assist the area’s lodging partners on reaching higher LQA ratings and to help promote our member businesses to the property managers and second homeowners. This program educates vendors on the LQA rating system so they can assist property owners with purchasing high quality products that correspond with the inspection qualifications. How can becoming an LQA certified vendor help your business?
Property managers and owners will have access to our list of certified vendors to use for property improvements. You’ll also be able to help us guide the process as to what the market trends are and how we can provide service on the forefront of design trends and standards. Certified business members also received additional promotion on our website.
What is required?
Not much! We ask that you keep abreast of our current standards and those of your industry to insure we are moving forward together. We also ask that you come to a LQA certified vendor meeting (TBD) and/or meet with our Lodging Quality Assurance Manager, Alison Perry.
