We are looking for Summer Prep Cooks – our season runs from June 21st – September 30th. This position is available for immediate start thru October 7th 2017.
This role is perfect for someone wanting to improve their cooking and kitchen skills.
Entry level position
The purpose of this position is to be responsible for taking an ongoing inventory of ingredients to ensure nothing is running low, cutting and preparing food items to recipe specifications. Ensuring all prep areas are cleaned and sanitized to ensure food safety. The position also requires that you assist with any dish washing needs.
Shared housing available.
