Full-Time 

About This Role: 

The Office Manager is a key role in the organizational functions of the Bravo! Vail Music Festival. This person directs the physical operations of the office and plays an important role by providing critical support to all departments. This is a full-time year-round, in-person position. There is not a remote option for this role, though limited telework may be considered during certain times of year.  

What You’ll Do: 

General Customer Service/Front Desk 

  • Serves as “Face of Bravo! Vail”; greets guests at front desk of office 
  • Answers all incoming calls and regularly checks and responds to emails 
  • Provides assistance to all office visitors including providing information, taking ticket orders, and assisting with accepting donations 

General Office Management 

  • Office Tidiness and Upkeep 
  • Assist with all in-office bulk mailings (printing, assembly) 
  • Track food and beverage credit 
  • Order/restock office supplies 
  • Manage postage meter and copier and train new staff on office equipment 

Finance Department Assistance 

  • Manage Accounts Payable 
  • Create new and edit vendors in accounting system 
  • Process Invoices and checks – send payments in a timely manner 
  • Prepare deposits and deposit at the bank 

Box Office Assistance 

  • Assist Box Office with in-person and phone ticket orders when needed 
  • Printing and mailing of tickets and passes 

Who You Are: 

You excel in a hospitality role and enjoy interacting with customers, staff, and vendors in a professional manner. You are trustworthy, detail-oriented, resourceful, and have excellent creative problem-solving skills. You thrive in an environment that is collaborative and flexible. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in customer service and/or office management. 
  • Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook · Experience with CRM databases is a plus 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required; English and Spanish strongly preferred  

Compensation: 

Hourly $20 – $25 + bonus potential
