Membership Development Coordinator

The Membership Development Coordinator will direct our membership development, recruitment and retention efforts. The main purpose of this role is to increase revenue to the Eagle Chamber of Commerce by expanding our membership base, attracting new members to the organization and increasing member engagement to improve member retention.

Central to these responsibilities is development and execution of a strategic membership sales plan for the Eagle Chamber. This involves identifying prospects, determining their needs, communicating the Chamber’s value, and closing the sale.

Salary range: $20-25,000 per annum. Commissions and bonuses for a high performing individual have the potential to double the annual income for this part-time position.

Hours: 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule. Will work mostly out in the community and attending Chamber events to engage with members.
