Seeking an organized and creative individual for a fast-paced real estate company. You must be able to work within a paperless environment, learn new programs and technology, and complete tasks assigned in a timely manner. In addition to managing an office with 15 real estate agents, this individual will work heavily with creating marketing for our listings in our templated program, and dropbox organization. Strong computer skills, organization, and communication are a MUST and real estate knowledge is helpful. Must have a minimum of 2 years of office management and proficiency on a computer.

Compensation: Salary $52,000 – $55,000

Benefits: 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Paid time off
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
Education: Associate (Required)
Experience: Online File Management: 3 years (Required), Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
Work Location: Vail, Lionshead.
