| Corum Real Estate Group, Inc. is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for a property in Avon, Colorado. This position is primarily responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Duties include all types of repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, concrete/masonry, roof, etc.), painting, some landscape maintenance, and unit/property inspections. Participate in standby emergency scheduling for evening, weekend and holiday coverage. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); prior maintenance experience or experience in related field preferred. Proficiency in English; Spanish experience preferred but not required. |
