Mobloggy is searching for a highly creative, disciplined, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager in our Minturn, Colorado office. The Digital Marketing Manager will drive overall marketing strategy and campaign development appropriate for attaining sales goals, coordinating related tasks, and managing deadlines. Critical to the Marketing Manager’s success will be a self-starter attitude, strong leadership ability, and creative problem-solving skills. This is a 30-40 hour/week job.
Responsibilities & Qualifications of the Marketing Manager include:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related study required
-5+ years’ experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
-Research, benchmark, and develop launch plans to support goals of target audiences, key benefit statements, co-promotional opportunities, budget and timing requirements
-Collaborate with the brand/content team and graphic designers to produce various types of digital and print collateral including but not limited to web copy, email campaigns, articles, fliers and brochures
-Provide effective communications to ensure that all relevant functions are kept informed and in line with marketing objectives
-Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players and vendors
-Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, provide insight and assess goals
-Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ensure positive allocation of funds
-Ability to articulate ideas and opinions in a professional manner and make executive level presentations
-Work in close cooperation with business drivers, the production team, and executive management
-Analytical skills to identify trends and challenges
-Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve contributions
