AP/AR • Payroll • Manage Office Staff • HR • Preparing Restoration and Cleaning invoices from Estimating Software • Knowledge of Xactimate software will be a plus • Collection Calls • Preparing notices and Filing Liens • Open and Close Office duties • Scheduling Technician and Receiving Soft Goods to be cleaned in-house such as Oriental Rugs and Upholstered Furniture • Time Tracking and Payroll duties • Communicating with Adjusters from Insurance Companies • Helping with other office duties that enables the company to operate effectively and efficiently.
