The Job: Mission
The mission of the Controller is to manage all financial operations of the company including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting decisions. The job primarily consists of day-to-day bookkeeping tasks consisting of processing checks, AP, AR, reconciliation, and upkeep of the accounting system, Studio Designer.

The Job: Goals
The position is a financial role with numerous responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping
o Reconciliations – Ongoing reconciliation of Studio Designer
o AP – processing check payments, communication with vendors to pay invoices, manage receipts for monthly reconciliation
o AR – generate and send invoices, follow up until payment is received, receive payments in system
o Payroll – process payroll through ADP, enter information in Studio Designer
o Credit Cards – Enter and balance credit card and debit card transactions in Studio Designer
• HR
o Process payroll
o Employee onboarding
o Collaborate with ADP HR services on all employee related HR issues
o Post jobs, facilitate hiring processes
• Financial Operations
o Banking – manage banking relationship including deposits, wires, banker relationships, lines of credit
o Recurring bills management – oversee payment of all recurring bills
o Credit Cards – Manage credit cards and debit card accounts
o ACH – Manage ACH payments through Stripe and accounting system
o Refunds and vendor credit management
• General Upkeep of Accounting Software
o Manage clean and organized data in the system at all times
o Create and upkeep job related financial information (deposits, refunds, payments)
o Create and upkeep customer information (names, email, phone, etc)
• Company Culture
o Establish positive, and effective culture between multiple divisions who rely on procurement (design, operations, sales, finance)
o Participate in weekly meetings and regular training within the company
o Positive energy and attitude working with others
o Support company objective of rapid revenue growth
The Job’s Qualifications & Requirements

• Required
o Strong bookkeeper experience
o Accounting background
o Exceptionally detail oriented
o Proven proficiency managing multiple to-do lists
o Ability to create organizational structure
o Quick learner, great attitude, team player
• Strongly Preferred
o Experience with Studio Designer
o Experience working with a small company
o Colorado based
• Title: Controller
• Start Date: ASAP
• Compensation: $60K + benefits
• Benefits: Health Plan, unlimited PTO, Retirement

• Hours: Full Time (M-F 8:30AM – 4:30PM)
