We are looking for a skilled Community Association Manager to join our team! This person will manage the 1900 Acre Eagle Ranch community subdivision and Association, consisting of approximately 1300 home sites and commercial property units at build-out, including pocket parks, bike paths, landscape easements and alleys. In this role, this person will manage all common properties and open space, assist owners with special needs. Reports to Eagle Ranch Board of Directors, Wildlife Protection Committee, Design Review Committee and manages all Association vendor contracts.

Duties Include:

  • Reports to the Executive Board. Implements the Board’s decisions on behalf of the Association.
  • Carries out the administration, policies, procedures and management decisions approved by the Board. Acts as the liaison between community contractors, residents, and the Board.
  • Is responsible for overseeing daily operations and projects as authorized by the Board and the Declaration. This includes on-site inspections, meeting regularly with service contractors/vendors, obtaining quotes on behalf of the Board, and preparing detailed reports for Board meetings
  • Responsible for owner communications, including email updates and correspondence with various committees and Boards involved in the management of Eagle Ranch.
  • Manages enforcement matters working with the Covenant Control Officer and Hearing Committee. Schedules Hearings for non-compliant owners.
  • Administers an annual operating budget. Prepares annual and long term budgets. Assists with accounting functions, reviews accounts payable, codes and submits expenses for payment, maintains budget status and expenditures. Reviews budgets for variances monthly.
  • Negotiates vendor and contractor proposals, terms and conditions for providing services. Executes agreements stipulating extent and scope of responsibilities, service to be performed and fees for service. Employs, contracts, or performs services involved with maintenance, grounds keeping, and onsite management. Directly oversees these related services.
  • Responsible for the purchase of supplies and equipment for the operation of Eagle Ranch. Maintains a stock of supplies, tools, equipment and necessary inventory. Maintains a current inventory list, and prepares Personal Property Tax Report for Eagle county annually.


Location: Eagle Ranch Association, Eagle, CO

Start Date: November 1st

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $90k – $100k DOE + Bonus

Schedule: 40+ hours per week on site, flexible days.

  • Four year college degree
  • Two years of Community Association Management experience or property management training.
  • Ability to work in different computer and HOA management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Highly detail oriented.
