Annual Giving Manager – Career Opportunity!

This position has an annual salary of $61,129.
We are currently hiring for an Annual Giving Manager. Highlights of the position include:

- Develop fundraising strategies that target annual gift giving commitments up to $5000
- Achieve annual revenue targets through Annual Giving strategies
- Grow the Annual Giving donor portfolio while increasing retention of existing donors
- Collaborate with other Development staff to ensure that donors are placed in the most appropriate giving category
- Engage in extensive donor solicitation, cultivation and stewardship activities
- Actively engage donors in opportunities to give through a diverse range of annual appeals
- Follow a moves management process to steward donors and cultivate prospects
- Maintain timely and detailed records of donor and prospect activity in Raisers Edge database
- Demonstrate consistent weekly donor contacts and touch points activity
- Ensure fulfillment of donor partnerships in collaboration with the Marketing Team
- Actively participate and contribute towards development team meetings and discussions
- Develop strategies for mailings, ‘thank you’ phone calls, appeals and other direct support of donors
- Support on-site preparation and execution of stewardship and cultivation events
