It’s a big day for Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park on Saturday, November 18. We are starting the day with our fourth annual Turkey Tram-a-Ganza!
Help local families in need have a happy Thanksgiving! We’re partnering with KSNO the Mammoth, who will be on site promoting this event. Bring a frozen turkey to the tram base between noon and 4 p.m., and you’ll receive up to four free tram passes to use later that day for the Winter on the Mountain Kick-off Party.
Or, bring a can or package of food for a Thanksgiving dinner to receive one free tram pass
You’ll also be entered in a drawing for an annual pass or day passes for Iron Mountain Hot Springs!
To finish out the day, the Winter on the Mountain Kick-off Party begins at 5 p.m. The park will sparkle with a half million lights, fire pits for roasting s’mores and a giant, musical Christmas tree. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be here all evening. The Leonard Curry Trio will perform in the Lookout Grille from 5 – 8 p.m. The lighting of the tree will begin at 6 p.m., with light shows every half hour!
