CME’s 18th Annual Fill the Van Food Drive
Join us Saturday, November 14th at Wal-Mart in Avon where food and monetary donations will be collected to benefit the Vail Valley Salvation Army and Bright Future Foundation.
Teams of 3 volunteers are needed at both entrances at Wal-Mart to collect the donations. Shifts are 9:30 am – 12 noon or noon to 2:30 pm. The later group gets the benefit of dropping the donations to the Salvation Army where it is amazing seeing the vans come in packed to the gills full of food!
Last year, CME and VR Echo collected more than sixteen tons of food for Colorado food banks.
