Vail Jazz presents ten FREE outdoor concerts featuring local and regionally-based jazz talent at the Vail Farmers’ Market and Art Show. The jazz concerts are a natural complement to the fabulous shopping and wonderful food for which the casual outdoor market is known. Fiddler/singer/songwriter Katie Glassman, joined by guitarist Joey McKenzie and bassist Gavin Kelso, will present their marriage of old-time Western music with contemporary songwriting and musicianship sensibilities. Visit our website for more information on this free event!

Volunteer Opportunities

The Vail Jazz Festival brings over 60 performances and 200 artists to Vail each year! With such a busy summer, Vail Jazz relies on its volunteers, the Vail Jazz Ambassadors, to assist with a variety of responsibilities and ensure that the Festival runs smoothly. Vail Jazz @ The Market Ambassadors will assist with setup of the venue. Ambassadors will also hit the streets to encourage attendance to that day’s show and speak about upcoming Vail Jazz events. They will be the friendly and outgoing faces of Vail Jazz!
