Be sure to mark your calendars and come out to celebrate the changing seasons with a little spring cleaning! On Saturday, May 13, the Town will hold the second annual Town Clean-Up Day event, giving volunteers a chance to clean up Avon after a long winter season. Volunteer registration will begin at 9 a.m. at the Avon Performance Pavilion, located at Harry A. Nottingham Park. The clean-up will take place between 9 a.m. and noon. At noon, volunteers will head back to the pavilion’s event terrace for a free lunch.
