Roundup River Ranch campers are kids who fight serious illnesses with superhuman strength. They have a powerful determination to be courageous, try new things, and make new friends. And they inspire all of us to reach higher, be bold, and never forget the pure joy of being a kid. On Saturday, March 3, 2018 we are bringing Superhero Ski Day to Vail to honor these campers and raise money so more kids with serious illnesses can attend Roundup River Ranch free of charge. We hope you will consider attending or supporting the event. You’ll be a hero in the eyes of every one of our campers.

9:00 AM – The Arrabelle Cortina Conference Room – Superhero Headquarters (HQ)
Check-in & Welcome

• Pick up your event credential
• Fundraisers pick up your gift bags of awesome prizes
• Head out to ski
• There will be a designated space to leave your shoes if you would like, but please note Roundup River Ranch is not responsible for your belongings.

9:00 AM – 11:00 AM – The Arrabelle Cortina Conference Room – Superhero Headquarters (HQ)

• Superhero grab-n-go breakfast
• Camp activities like: photo booth, indoor archery

11:00 AM – 2:30 PM – The Arrabelle Cortina Conference Room – Superhero Headquarters (HQ)

• Kids Activity Stations (specific activities to follow)

1:30 PM – 2:30 PM – Top of the Lionshead Gondola

• Superhero Ski Day Fun Race – watch our kids navigate the on mountain ski course

2:45 PM – Deck at the top of the Lionshead Gondola

• Superhero Ski Day Group Picture

2:50 PM – Deck at the top of the Lionshead Gondola

• Group Ski Down

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM – The Arrabelle Cortina Conference Room – Superhero Headquarters (HQ)

• Après Party featuring: live music by Spotted Hounds, appetizers, drinks, photo booth, indoor archery, and more!
