Explore why self-love can be such a challenge and yoga’s inspiring view on self-love; Experience a gentle yoga practice focused on loving-kindness; Leave empowered to implement one self-love practice into your life!
As women, we tend to put others before ourselves, be caretakers, and struggle to find time for self-care and nurturing. In this workshop, we will combine a gentle asana (physical posture) practice with understanding what self-love really means, discussing how to cultivate more awareness and focus for ourselves in daily life, learning breathing techniques to help connect with a more calm place within, and ending with a guided heart meditation.
