Description: CompTIA Project+ is ideal for those who need to manage smaller, less complex projects as part of their other job duties but still have foundational project management skills. Project+ is more versatile than other certifications because it covers essential project management concepts beyond the scope of just one methodology or framework. The successful candidate will have the knowledge and skills required to:

• Ensure appropriate communication
• Manage resources and stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation

Intended For: Anyone who may be looking to formalize skills they already have. The ideal participant is a mid-level contributor or leader who is often tasked with creating a new product, service, program, process, or outcome for your organization. You have selected this person because of their leadership and organizational skills. They may not hold the title of “Project Manager”. Nonetheless, they perform project-related tasks while facing the challenges of budget and schedule constraints and competing stakeholder needs.
