Presented by: Barb Waters, Peak Business Management
Project Management for Everyone is an 18-hour series that covers the foundations of project management and can be applied to all industries. The ideal participant is a mid-level contributor or leader who is often tasked with creating a new product, service, program, process, or outcome for your organization. You have selected this person because of their leadership and organizational skills. They likely do not hold the title of “Project Manager”. Nonetheless, they perform project-related tasks while facing the challenges of budget and schedule constraints and competing stakeholder needs.
This series, presented in partnership with the Vail Valley Partnership and High Country Human Resources Association, includes 18 hours of live instruction and supplemental learning materials. Upon completion candidates may also choose to sit for the CompTIA Project+ certification at a discounted rate. For HR professionals, this course provides 18 re-certification business credits for SHRM and HRCI.
- Business: $700 (VVP Members)/$1000 (non-VVP Members)
- Non-Profit: $400*
*After completing the course, $100 will be donated back to the non-profit!
