Nottingham Lake is back and better than ever this summer!  The Avon Recreation Department provides the only open water swim in the valley.  It’s a perfect way to train for your first (or third) outdoor triathlon.  Just be sure to bring a wetsuit – the water can be chilly!

  • Fee:$5 per person
  • Check-in at the Avon Preformance Pavilion
  • Average water temp. is between 60 – 68 degrees, wet suits recommended
  • Must be 15 years of age with parental release
  • For your safety – lifeguard staff and distance buoys will be provided
