Octoberfest at Glenwood Caverns

Grab your dirndls and lederhosen and head to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park in Glenwood Springs. For two consecutive Saturdays, from noon to 4 p.m., Oct. 14 and 21, the oompah band Alpine Echo, will regale visitors with German music including the crowd-pleasing chicken dance, polkas, waltzes, Bavarian pub songs and everyone’s favorite from the Sound of Music – Edelweiss.

You can also enjoy hayrides, face painting, fall games for kids and a pumpkin patch from noon to 5 p.m.
