WE FALL. WE BREAK. WE FAIL. BUT THEN, WE RISE. WE HEAL. WE OVERCOME.
Many families in our community are struggling with depression, substance abuse, alcoholism, eating disorders and mental health hurdles. Join us for a recovery ride; a family ride for those in recovery, interested in healing or those who are supporting someone in recovery. Through biking we can heal together. Bring any bike, but mountain bikes are preferable!

PRESENTERS:

  • Kyle Foster: With over 15 years of experience, Kyle Foster is a seasoned bike professional and founder of Seagull’s Cycles; who has personally overcome substance abuse through the aid of community, friendship and riding.
  • Amy Hermes: As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Amy Hermes is trained to serve those struggling with both substance use related issues and mental health.
