When we move in an outdoor setting, chatting comes naturally. Connection follows. Join us for an all-levels mountain bike group ride facilitating healthy conversations about mental health. Learn how we can improve our own mental health and improve outreach in our community to break stigmas for future generations.
September 11th, 5pm – 8pm at Seagull’s Cycles.
We’ll ride, then have dinner and conversation. Featuring guest speakers: Amy Hermes, MS, LPC, LAC and Kyle Foster, seasoned bike professional and founder of Seagull’s Cycles who has personally overcome substance abuse.
