Introduction to Botanical Illustration & Workshop

Botanical illustration is the art of scientifically depicting the form, colour, and details of plant species. These are often printed with a botanical descriptions. This workshop will concentrate on accurate drawing of a specimen chosen and supplied by the participant. (Suggestions: a leaf, a stem of grass, a plant, a branch of a plant or tree, anything that grows and seems interesting to explore.)
