This webinar will be especially relevant to those interested in adding charging stations to multifamily housing complexes and workplaces. Charge Ahead offers grants of up to 80% of costs for most projects, and up to 90% for installations in income-qualified housing developments. It provides additional incentives for projects in disproportionately impacted communities.
The presentation will cover the fundamentals of EV charging, discuss specific considerations for housing and workplace installations, and explain how the grant program works. There will be time for Q&A at the end.
The webinar will be hosted by Martín Bonzi, transportation program manager for Clean Energy Economy for the Region, which is the designated Charge Ahead “coach” for 14 counties across northwest Colorado.
