One in five children will experience some level of clinical anxiety by the time they hit adolescence. Join Dr. Cypers from the University of Colorado Johnson Depression Center, as he offers parents tools to help with anxiety reduction and tips to teach parents how to spot anxiety and learn when to get help.

Scott Cypers, PhD is the director of stress and anxiety programs at the CU Johnson Depression Center. His primary clinical and research interests focus on anxiety and stress-related issues, with an emphasis on improving outcomes and building innovative treatments.
