Goodbye Tram Party!

It’s out with the old and in with the new! Join us to celebrate the final day of the current Iron Mountain Tramway and take one last ride.

The Iron Mountain Tramway has been transporting guests up and down the mountain for 15 years to enjoy thrill rides, fun and cave tours. We’re sad to say goodbye, but are looking forward to the new state-of-the-art aerial tramway.

We’re throwing it back to 2003 with $10 tram rides; there will be cake, drawings, prizes, and free refreshments. We will be grilling up $1 hot dogs in the plaza, where you’ll also find photo ops signs to commemorate the old tram and celebrate the new tram!

Near the end of the party there will be a fantastic prize drawing and the winner will get to take the VERY LAST ride down the tram with owners Steve and Jeanne Beckley. Second prize will be the second-to-the-last ride down with General Manager Nancy Heard.

Come celebrate with Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, get those last thrill rides in and bid farewell to the Iron Mountain Tramway!
