This 4 week course is aimed at supervisors and managers who are interested in improving their workflows and reducing mistakes in their daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a team of direct reports and some degree of authority to propose and implement improvements.

Participants will learn best practices in project management to maximize team performance. Participants will learn how to create a trusting environment where employees are engaged, and mistakes are leveraged as opportunities for continuous improvement.

Upon completion of this 4 week course, the participant will be able to identify and support activities that align with the strategic objectives of the organization, and elevate the customer value and experience. Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be eligible to sit for the Project+ Certification Exam (exam fees apply)
