Mind Springs Health President & CEO Sharon Raggio, LPC LMFT, ECP focuses on self-esteem, character strengths, coping and resilience and the vital role these traits play in ours’ and our children’s lives. Raggio shares simple, yet effective, insights that can enable us to increase daily happiness in our kids and our families. You’ll also learn from Eagle River Youth Coalition’s Youth Advisor Gerry Lopez’s personal story of discovery and life changes from loneliness and depression, and local high school senior Mel McCalley’s powerful journey to gaining self-esteem and self-acceptance in a gender non-conforming world.
