Eagle Mushroom and Wild Food Festival

The 11^th Annual Eagle Mushroom and Wild Food Festival returns Friday, August 27 through Sunday August 29 in Eagle Ranch. It will bring national experts in mushroom and wild food foraging, cuisine, cultivation and adventuring to Eagle, CO.

The 2021 festival provides an opportunity for guided mushroom and wild food forays, presentations on a variety of mushroom and wild food topics by exceptionally qualified individuals at the Capitol Theatre on Saturday morning, followed by mushroom Cooking Classes at Zealous School, a mix and mingle with the presentators at Pickled . Kitchen + Pantry, and a fine dining experience at The Assembly.

On Sunday, the day begins with guided forays in the mountains surrounding Eagle, followed with an ID Table, and closes with a mushroom sauté and pasta bar (LTBA) and music provided by Hardscrabble.

Bonfire Brewing and 7 Hermits Brewing will create a featured beer and High County Kombucha will prepare a special brew for the festival.  Know Your Mushrooms, a film by Ron Mann, will be shown Saturday, August 28, 3 p.m. at the Eagle Library.
