VVP Member exclusive access: Crucial Conversations™ (16 hour course)

In Crucial Conversations™, you will learn how to handle disagreements and high-stakes communication. If you can learn to speak up in these crucial moments effectively, then you can accomplish the results you are after. Learn a skill-set that allows you to face any situation with nearly anybody–no matter power, position, or authority. This 16-hour course is conducted over four weeks to give participants flexibility with their schedules and time to practice in-between sessions. Facilitator Angelo Fernandez has been delivering this content for over 10 years to a diverse group of participants.
