Speaker – Mark DeFee, BCC, LPC
Mark is a Board-Certified Coach (BCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and has spent 20 years in workplace mental health, specifically in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field. Through education, coaching, and consulting, he helps organizations create mentally healthy workplaces.
He uses his 20 years of experience in EAP to partner with organizations to create custom approaches to address their specific needs. He has worked with every type of organization from 10 person start-ups all the way up to Fortune 20 corporations including: Marathon Petroleum, Eli Lilly, Edward Jones, Cardinal Health, and Eaton. He has also worked with many city, county, and state governments nationwide.
He regularly speaks to audiences of all sizes as well as provides group and 1×1 coaching. He also runs an 8-week mental skills bootcamp for organizations.
