Gracefully written, Being Mortal: Medicine and What Matters in the End by Atul Gawande, opens a door to a community conversation of a subject that all too often engenders only fear and denial. Gather with friends, neighbors and medical professionals in a conversation about an inescapable reality of life and learn how to have these conversations prior to a medical crisis. Watch the film or read the book. Join the discussions and let our local experts help you develop your personal action plan for the future.Learn more at evld.org/community-conversation
