Carol’s Comeback

Please help us help Carol Carlson raise the money needed for a Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HSCT) to cure the Multiple Sclerosis she’s been battling for 26 years. In February Carol will be traveling to Clinica Ruiz in Mexico to undergo HSCT. There are many hospitals around the world she could have chosen, but she chose Clinica Ruiz for their outstanding reputation and the proximity of Mexico to Colorado. The procedure costs $55,500 and the total costs could reach to be more than $75,000 if her insurance does not pick up any of the post treatment after care required.

Please consider making a donation to this long time local who just wants to be able to do all the things she moved to Colorado to do in the first place again like hiking, biking, skiing or just taking a walk with a friend. The Board of Directors of the Vail Valley Charitable Fund have approved an Extended Grant to help with the expenses resulting from this treatment and recovery.

Tickets $25 for 2 beers and taco bar. There will be a silent auction, cash bar and live music. Please buy tickets the night of the event at the door.
