As a part of the Healthy Lifestyle Series @ your library, learn how to manage your stress more effectively by controlling the breath. Learn practical breathing-based techniques, which relax your body and mind as well as reduce symptoms of anxiety, anger, insomnia and depression. This workshop will be leaded by Twyla Gingrich.
