Inner Matrix Systems is hosting a free meditation and teaching to provide a first-hand experience of the power of your emotions. Everyone is welcome to attend this virtual session on Monday, April 12, 2021 from 6:00 – 7:00 PM MST. This session is collectively taught so you’ll get to meet the six local Inner Matrix Systems Trainers.
This is a great time to reset, turn inward and ready yourself for all that will occur on the other side of the pandemic and to strengthen yourself as life continues to unfold. Emotional intelligence is the strongest predictor of professional success, healthy relationships and overall happiness in life. Now is a good time to up-level your experience of life by training new emotional patterns and maintaining a peaceful state no matter what is occurring around you.
Meditation is proven to relieve stress, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep, enhance memory and more. Meditation also lets you become more purposeful about your actions. It teaches you how to respond, rather than react, to situations in your life.
In this session, you will learn tools and techniques to calm the nervous system, setting you on a course for personal mastery. Practical outcomes of these tools include stress management, increased productivity and efficiency, greater self-acceptance and improved relationships and quality of life.
