After Hours Mixer: March 15

• Food & non-alcoholic drink: Uprooted Events by Root & Flower – vegan option and local food will be showcased.

Parking: Please carpool if possible. Begin parking in both the staff parking lot behind WMSC at the end of Walking Mountains Lane and in the visitor spots across from our main campus. Once these spaces are filled, please park below the sign on Walking Mountains Lane facing downhill.

All Silver Level members and above, who are able to accommodate up to 120 people, can host an After-Hours Mixer by contacting Maren Cerimele at 970-477-4001. Mixer hosts provide food, wine and giveaways.

At no charge, a VVP nonprofit member can co-host an After-Hours Mixer. The nonprofit co-host is able to speak to attendees about their organization, mission and upcoming events, or volunteer needs. Non-VVP members who show up for the mixer will be asked to donate $20 to the nonprofit co-host and VVP members can voluntarily donate as well.
