Interested in getting involved in our community? The Bookworm’s activist discussion group is an open-format meeting to talk about ideas and issues related to Eagle County using a book as framework for the conversation. All are welcome to this free event, which lasts about one hour and is moderated by bookseller Mackenzie Koffenberger. Experts in each topic are invited to attend. Past titles have included Evicted by Matthew Desmond,  Small Great Things by Jodi Picoult and Women and Power by Mary Beard. At the meeting, the group will collaborate and select future reading.
