2018 Nonprofit Sponsorship Workshop presented by Kaiser Permanente
9:00 am - 12:00 noon
Colorado Mountain College, Edwards
150 Miller Ranch Road
Edwards, CO 81632
Kaiser Permanente invested over $350,000 in Summit and Eagle counties in the form of sponsorships, grants and other community investments in 2017 as a part of its mission: Kaiser Permanente exists to provide high-quality, affordable health care services and to improve the health of our members and the communities we serve.
To strengthen our existing and future sponsorship relationships, Kaiser Permanente is hosting two 3-hour workshops on April 10, 2018 to address specific objectives of sponsors and answer your specific questions:
- Return on Objective
- Return on Activation
- Q&A Session
The workshops will include new material including insights about how sponsors evaluate the success of a sponsorship after the event/function has concluded as well as a question and answer session for participants to ask specific questions. Like last year, these workshops will address the requirements for receiving new and continued sponsorship funding from Kaiser Permanente. And while specific to KP, the workshops will be open to non-profit leaders in both communities who want to learn the secrets of maintaining a successful partnership with any funder.
Highlights:
- Providing a win-win formula for working in partnership with Kaiser Permanente, especially including details such as expected time frames surrounding asks and post-event reports.
- Giving great examples of activating a sponsorship. The invitation and license to be creative is so energizing!
- Sharing solid ideas on how to capture audience demographics… not as hard as I assumed and something we can all implement moving forward.
The workshops are a requirement of funding for KP community partners and is part of Kaiser Permanente’s ongoing commitment to strengthen our partnerships. Failure to attend one of the two workshops may result in ability to apply for sponsorship in 2018. These workshops will only be offered on April 10, 2018 and will not be repeated in 2018.
