The Winter Market & Holiday Fair is one-stop shopping for anyone who delights in holiday must haves, handmade crafts, beauty products, food, artisanal items, and more! It is free and open to the public, Saturday, November 21st, from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM at the Eagle River Center, in Eagle. Enjoy family and pet photos with Santa, provided by Castle Peak Vet and face painting for the kids! The Winter Market & Holiday Fair is the perfect way to get holiday shopping done early with some of the best craft vendors in the state. Find out more on the official website.
Friday, November 20:
- 12:00 PM-5:00 PM Friday– Load in begins; no driving in venue; please bring a dolly for setup and break down.
Saturday, November 21:
- 6:00 AM- Anyone who has not finished their vendor load in or booth setup, can do so from 6:00 AM-8:00 AM; must be completely finished by 8:00AM
- 8:30 AM- Fire inspection (all booths must be set up at this time; any cars inside venue must have less than one gallon of gas in the tank per FD rules)
- 9:00 AM- Event Starts!
- 9:00 AM-12:00 PM- Castle Peak Vet “Santa Paws” pictures
- 1:00 PM-4:00 PM-Face Painting? (Not confirmed yet)
- 5:00 PM- Event Ends; breakdown begins. Booths cannot breakdown ahead of time and there is no driving in the venue.
