Valley Tastings: Food for Youth is Eagle River Youth Coalition’s (ERYC) annual fall fundraising event featuring delectable tastings from local restaurants and a fabulous silent auction. Local youth leaders are recognized for their impact they make in our community. Funds raised benefit collaborative youth and family efforts organized on behalf of ERYC. The event takes place Thursday, October 1st, 6:30-9:30 pm at Donovan Pavilion in Vail. Check the event website for details.
