CareerWise and Career+
CareerWise Youth Apprenticeships
CareerWise is a 2-year student apprenticeship program started in 2017. By serving as an intermediary working with businesses, educators, and students, we are creating a program that provides all involved with numerous benefits. Through the apprenticeship program, students earn college credit and/or industry credentials, are paid an hourly wage and benefit from real-world experience.
Career+ Adult Apprenticeships
Career+ is an Adult Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) designed to strengthen Eagle County’s workforce by developing in-demand, industry-specific skills. This innovative program empowers local businesses to take an active role in shaping talent pipelines through customized training plans and real-world mentorship. Eligible businesses may apply for financial support to offset training and implementation costs.
